Refund policies
- • A class under 5 kids may be cancelled.
- • Tuition is never prorated, except for a delayed start.
- • We do not offer tuition credit for sick or vacation days.
- • In the event that the Alliance Française de Chicago has to close due to a lack of utilities, Emergency Days, or severe weather that is likely to risk the safety of children or faculty, each day is considered a day of attendance and regular tuition rates apply.
- • Checks returned for any reason will be subject to a $15.00 service fee.
- • In the event of withdrawal from the program, the following rules will apply :
