This fall, we’re going back to basics: to Basics: Where do French wines come from? From France, obviously, but do you know how many of your favorite grape varieties originated in France? Which region has a right to claim them? And who is Sauvignon Blanc, really?
🍇 In this class we will take a look at the “classic” French varietals, where they come from, and their hallmark profiles. Perfect for those starting out, who want to learn more about different grapes, or for those who just want to improve their blind tasting skills.
🍸 Doors open at 6:00 PM for a welcome drink. Tasting starts at 6:30.
