Description

Join us for an intimate and engaging Vietnamese coffee workshop, in collaboration with local Vietnamese-owned coffee shop VietFive.

Participants will learn to prepare Vietnamese coffee using the traditional phin filter brewing method, while exploring the beverage’s history and cultural significance.

  • Duration: 1 hour
  • Interactive Learning: VietFive owner and founder Tuan Huynh will guide participants through the preparation of Vietnamese coffee using the traditional phin filter.
  • Tasting: After the workshop, participants will have the chance to taste their creation alongside delicious bánh patê sô (pâté chaud), a Vietnamese savory puff pastry.

Doors open at 10:00 a.m.for a complimentary welcome tasting portion of coffee. Workshop starts at 10:30. Please enter via 54 W Chicago Ave.
