Join us for our new series of Quick French Cuisine on weeknights!

See how actress Park Krausen turns dietary restrictions she lives with into a delicious dessert… The accent is on bien-manger, bien-vivre, because Eating Well is Being Well at the French Table, with an hour of instruction followed by time spent sharing the fruit of your labor together with wine pairing. A table!

This class is conducted in English with a French flair.


About Actress Park Krausen:

Park Krausen served as Producing Artistic Director of Théâtre du Rêve - the only professional francophone theater company in the US - for 10 years. There, she focused on international dialogues through theater but with artists from various generations, various disciplines and various places.

Internationally, she has lived and performed in Switzerland, France and Quebec, and performed in Poland, Germany, Belgium, Norway and the Netherlands in both English and French. In the US she specializes in Shakespeare, Beckett and Checkov and is also committed to developing new work. Park has performed at - the Goodman Theatre, Chicago Dramatists, Lincoln Center Living Room Series, Hartford Stage, The Alliance Theater, Georgia Shakespeare, North Carolina Shakespeare, Actors Express, About Face, among others. Park did a gap year in Lausanne, Switzerland, received a BA in Theater and in French from Emory University and did graduate work at Le Conservatoire National Supérieur d’Art Dramatique in Paris, France.
