This January we will explore the fabulous region of la Bourgogne in this film discussion and tasting with Cedar Stoltenow of Chateau de Pommard.
Ahead of our Bon-vivants event, enjoy an evening watching A Year in Burgundy, which is available on Amazon Prime. Not only will we casually discuss the film as a group, but it will provide great context for the highlight of our evening, a tour of Burgundy along the Route des Grands Crus with Cedar Stoltenow of Chateau de Pommard. During these challenging times, it’s difficult to travel, so let’s explore Burgundy together with a curated selection of our best wines. Learn how Burgundy’s star grape varieties, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, express themselves across the region’s rich maze of villages and terroirs. Pick up some of our suggested cheese and charcuterie pairing options for the full tasting experience, right in your home.
If you don’t have a Bourgogne at the ready in your cave à vin, place your Chateau de Pommard exclusive wine order with Cedar by emailing her at firstname.lastname@example.org Cedar recommends a package including 1 Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2018, 1 Bourgogne Chardonnay 2018, and 1 Maranges 1er Cru 2017 for $122.59 including Economy shipping (order by December 24th).
