Provence is renowned worldwide for its beautiful rosé wine, drunk very cold with olives and salted nuts on the shore the ultramarine Méditerranée. But did you know that this southern region also produces great red and white wines? Explore the south with us as summer arrives, with the right cheese of course… Paired with Herb coated goat cheese and olives.
This workshop is 90 minutes long and will be held in English.
About Dany St-Pierre:
For Dany Saint-Pierre, it all started with the Beaujolais Nouveau and the hype surrounding its release in Quebec, with long lines out in the harsh November morning waiting for the stores to open… Once she tasted this wine, as young as she was then, having just come of age legally, she wanted to learn more. And the more Dany learned, the more she wanted to share her knowledge with others.
Dany now teaches the basics of wine tasting and introduces others to the joy of wine while juggling a demanding career in the corporate world. After obtaining a MBA in International Marketing and working in recreational transportation and clean energy fields, she is now a Certified Wine Specialist thanks to a Level 3 Certification Exam from the respected Wine and Spirit Education Trust in London. She is also a member of the a member of the French Wine Society.
One of Dany's favorite thing is to get together with friends, including Scott Komplin, to taste the latest cru!
