Of course it started in France, but then the precious grapes were brought to the New World and something happened. Enhance your wine tasting range by comparing the old world to the new: Chablis versus the ubiquitous California Chardonnay, Riesling from Alsace or Australia, and Sancerre versus the popular New Zealand Sauvignon. Local cheese to match for this New World class!
This workshop will last two hours and will be held in English.
