Roll spinach and ricotta in a herb-studded crêpes or finish with chocolate crêpes filled with ice cream and covered in warm chocolate sauce. Learn the technique of blending batter and practice baking these delicate pancakes in class. Back home, with your own stack of homemade crêpes, meal prep will be a snap.
Madelaine has been teaching French cooking techniques at Chez Madelaine Cooking School for over 30 years (chezM). She also organizes trips to France to help participants unveil the mysteries of French cuisine.
