They are official French language level diplomas awarded by the French Ministry of Education. The DELF is aimed at candidates with beginner to advanced levels (A1, A2, B1, and B2) whereas the DALF is aimed at expert language users (C1 and C2).

How long is it valid?

It is valid for life!

When do I get the results?

Each candidate is provided with a certificate stating their exam results within one month of the test date. Official printed diplomas are sent within 3 to 6 months of the exam.

After the registration deadline, you will receive an email with information regarding your oral exam schedule.

Please note that oral exams for DELF and DALF exams will be held in the afternoon. In some occasions, they might be scheduled in the morning.
