L’Epiphanie is January 8 but its signature galette des rois can be found in French pastry shops until Lent. We will bake the classic galette parisienne à la frangipane and its American version, the New Orleans King Cake in this hands-on class. |
Madelaine has been teaching French cooking techniques at Chez Madelaine Cooking School for over 30 years, in Hinsdale, Illinois (chezM.com). She also organizes trips to France to help participants unveil the mysteries of French cuisine |
