This hands-on class offers the opportunity to make savory and sweet pate brisée pastry. Learn how to mix and roll it out, how to line a tart form and bake a classic shell to golden perfection. Equal care will go into formulating a flavorful custard for asparagus, mushroom, and rhubarb fillings. Once mastered, you'll be able to create a quiche for any season.
