Taming the tart lemon with salt, sugar and eggs makes for exciting dishes with year-round appeal. We will prepare Mococcan Fish tagine with Olives and Lemon, Lemon Poppyseed Coffee Cake, Lemon Ginger Marmalade and an all-purpose Lemon Curd in this participation class.
