They might be astronomer, biochemist, neurobiologist, geophysician or radar engineer… but what the 140 women featured in Infinités Plurielles have in common is being women and trailblazers in the field of science and innovation in France. Commissioned by the Ministère de l’enseignement supérieur et de la recherche, Infinités Plurielles seeks first and foremost to inspire more women to pursue scientific careers and take action for a more equal workplace, but also to move cultural frontiers, sustain ideological debates and stimulate creativity.
Discover 30 of them on 30 black and white photos printed on 80 X 120 cm canvas signed by photographer Marie-Hélène Le Ny from April 23rd to May 30th. Each photos comes with a testimonial in French, with an English translation on a aside bar. The testimonial is also available as an audio element.
This program is possible thanks to the Jean Bodfish Brown Fund and is part of the French Innovation Week.
En partenariat avec le ministère de l’éducation nationale de l’enseignement supérieur et de la recherche.
