Un Plan Parfait / Fly Me to the Moon (2012, 104 min.) by Pascal Chaumeil with General Consul of France in Chicago, Graham Paul

In French with English subtitles.

Exclusive to the Alliance!

An irresistible romantic comedy that was one of the highest grossing films in France last year.
A story is told around the réveillon dinner at Christmas... The story of a family curse where all first marriages end in divorce, while all second marriages are wonderful. Isabelle (Diane Kruger, featured in TV show The Bridge), madly in love, tries to trick fate with a first arranged marriage to a random stranger (Danny Boon)… but things do not go according to plan.

Graham Paul has been the Consul General of France in Chicago for the last three years. Prior to his appointment, he was Deputy Head of the French Embassy in Berlin (2007-2010) and Consul General in Munich (2006-2007). Mr. Paul is a proud Bordelais.

Pascal Chaumeil is a French director and actor. He is known for directing the French comedy L'Arnacoeur featuring Romain Duris and Vanessa Paradis, which encountered a large success in France.
